About the Book

Welcome to Live a Fearless Life. I'm the Author, J. Carl Lindberg, and I have had a lifetime of challenges, starting with the day I was born. My father didn't want me and my mother came very close to aborting me or giving me up for adoption. In the end, she kept me.

My childhood was full of physical abuse in the early years and after running away from home to escape that, I spent my later childhood years enduring constant verbal abuse and intimidation from my Uncle. But matter what, I always excelled in both school and sports in spite of the adversity.

After running away from home for the last time at age 16, I spent his early adult years in Real Estate and bought and sold more than 20 properties before the age of 30 using nothing down financing techniques I had learned in a Robert Allen course.

Spending a life as an entrepreneur, I have pushed the limits in several industries:

• I taught myself how to build homes and within a few years became an advisor to the largest builder in the area.
• When I decided to leave Minnesota, I spent the summer driving around in the rocky mountains in a van I had converted into a camper. I had the time of my life. I settled in Salt Lake City by chance a few years before the olympics and used that excitement to buy and sell more than a dozen properties, again, using nothing down methods.
• When I moved into the world of technology, I led the real estate industry first into social media and later into cyber security, being a consultant to Google and Wharton along the way.

I've had huge success and failures, ups and downs, and lessons learned along the way. The key lesson: No matter what happens, maintain perspective and try to gain wisdom from everything that you experience.

I currently travel around the U.S. full time in an motorhome, living my dream and experiencing as many people and places as I can.
